At AVC we have sophisticated equipment to allow us to obtain
samples of the intestine non-invasively. For some cases, this may be more
appropriate than surgical biopsy. For example, in a debilitated or elderly
pet where the stress of healing from surgery may be too much.
We can also use this equipment to examine the nasal cavity, the large
airways and back of the throat.
